When I first started working out with you a couple of years ago I could not do this workout. I couldn't finish any of the exercises or keep good form. But I continued on with all your standing and seated ab workouts on a regular daily basis. But today, 2 years later, I tried this one again and I was so surprised and happy that I got through all of them with little problem! So I am here to say that all your workouts have made an impact on my life and I am so happy that I found you. I'm 66 and I feel fabulous! 🥰

I'm only 27 years old but I have fibromyalgia and other chronic issues which means I need to be extra careful when I exercise, and I'm so glad this channel exists because these look like something I can do!

I would encourage you to follow Dr. Shawn Baker and look into the carnivore diet if you would like to get rid of your autoimmune issues.

I'm a 67 yr old female, in relatively good shape. I want to thank you for helping me to exercise at home. I'm not very disciplined in this area of my life and exercise is absolutely a must for my better health. I have somehow managed to maintain a good weight my whole life but as a senior my middle section has increased. This exercise routine is my go to now to target this part of my body. I enjoy all the routines of yours that I have done. Your personality makes it ENJOYABLE! That for me is the key. If it's not fun I'm not going to do it. Thank you again!

It was pretty challenging but I enjoyed it and I really appreciated the encouragement 🥹🥹 the last set sit ups was very very very difficult. I’m dedicating myself to everyday of this workout for a month 😊

I'm only 46, but I have both cervical & lumbar stenosis from a gymnastics injury back in high school. Im so glad I found this channel, because it's nice to hear that I'm doing so good even if I can't do something completely as shown. Thank you for this channel!

Hi Shellea, I walked your 5000 step video and then I did this video and it really was good!!! I love all of your videos:) This one was challenging yes, but a good challenge is what I need. I need to strengthen those stomach muscles. I pretty much kept up with you (a miracle:) but the last one, the full sit up, was really hard and I did half of those...so I'm going to keep doing these exercises and I know those muscles will develop with consistency. Thank you again for being the constant encourager! So thankful I found your KZbin channel:) The first time in years that I've been able to get momentum in my exercise routine and feel more energized!!! I am enjoying the extra energy too:)

Schellea - I just have to say how much I appreciate your videos. I'm slowly discovering them, saving them in my Watch list, and trying to make a few of them into a regular practice (I'm almost 66 - so... well over 50!). I love your vibe, positivity, and encouragement throughout each video. It really helps! I also LOVE the countdown clock and the relative shortness of each exercise with the brief rest in between. That format, combined with your wonderful energy make them feel so much more do-able than so many other similar videos. I'm curious - how did you come to the exercise/workout part of your video collection - are you trained as a workout instructor, PT, trainer, or the like? Regardless - much deep appreciation for what you've created!

This came up at the perfect time after finishing my daily walking workouts. Found this challenging as I have a weak core but it wasn't too hard compared to some core workouts which is why I love your channel. Challenging yet still doable excercises!! Been doing this consistently since the beginning of the year and can already feel a difference in myself so thank you and keep up with the amazing workouts!! Have a fabulous day!💪❤😁

So about a year ago I was getting ready to go out dancing with friends . I put on a pair of jeans and my belly fat was hanging all over 😢. I decided not to cry but do something about it . Every morning I started doing your ab workouts . The results are amazing . I can now wear my jeans and tie up a shirt and show a little belly 😊. Next year I’ll be sixty . My goal is SIXTY, SEXY AND SINGLE . I will reach my goal thanks to you and these amazing workouts for us ladies over 50 🎉

I've been doing a 10 minute abs workout by another instructor for some time but hit a wall as far as progress. I decided to look for a video that targets women over 50 (I'm 53) with mid section issues. Holy moly, this workout really targets your abs, no joke. I look forward to seeing results soon.

yes, this was challanging... I will incoporate this into my weekly routine, since I was familiar with these types of exercise in the past , but as I got out of the routine, I see the need for these... thank you as always, you are delightful and refreshing in your approach

Great beginners ab workout. I appreciate that it's no neck strain. I try not to engage my neck muscles on some ab exercises but I end up doing it anyway. Thank you.

Hi Schellea somehow this older ab workout had got lost amongst my other saves and it been my new 2024 find : l am SO GLAD BECAUSE ITS Absolutely AMAZING 🤩. I have put it in my routine over the past week and my goodness l can definitely feel the results plus l can manage all the challenges and the top mark goes to the fact l suffer from a hip and neck problem and l can do it all and l feel so strong and great 😊. 10 minutes of abdominal work is a good amount of ab work, especially after 30 min of cardio work. I've gotten good ab work workouts with you on other videos so have appreciated your ab workouts. However, the beginning of this ab workout uses the hip flexers a lot, so, for me with a long-term hip flexor overuse injury, this workout was not as comfortable to do as your other ab videos.But, thank you so much for all you do to support older women to exercise💪🙏🏻🥰

Finally think the final sit up is getting higher. 🎉🎉Been doing these 10 minute ab exercises since June 1st, now it's part of my morning routine. I am also doing 10,000 steps a day for charity. I have now lost 6lb in weight. Yay!

Love this new ab workout. It’s more challenging than some of your others so I’m determined to work on the more difficult ones since I have weak ab muscles due to surgery. I always work on core muscles with your workouts. You are the best thing that ever happened to women of all ages!!🧘‍♀️💃

This was tough especially the sit up. I didn’t realize I am that much out if shape in my core. Will be putting this one on a couple days a week to build up my strength. Thanks for always challenging me.

Thought I would start off gently but found this abb workout quite hard after a months break. But I realised how much I really enjoy it and missed doing it each morning.
