Ive been doing ur workouts 6bdays a week i usually replay the videos twice for a real workout i do the arms videos and everything i went from 120 to 155 n im on 30 pound dumbbells working up

hey if you see this, id really appreciate a response. i noticed that on your channel, you have a lot of workout routines for a specific muscle group. for ex: 15 minute arm workout. 15 minute chest workout. and this makes me wonder, what does your weekly workout routine look like? do you start the week with arms and the next day do chest? or are these 15 minute workouts done in the same day? lets say you have and upper/ lower structure, do you do these 15 minute dumbbell workouts all in 1 day? like for my upper body workout days, should i do these 15 minute workouts for each upper body area i want to work out?
