@@lamureon in Chloe tings workouts she does talk a bit but you can easily do it without any volume ( I watch Greys Anatomy while doing her workouts 🤣 )

This is such a good warm up. its my go too. not too long but really loosens me up. I have noticed I am a lot more flexible especially in my lower back - I think the hips circle and hips forward moves esp help!

Hiii Rachel ♥ thank uu for all these videos but do you have any tips/routines for complete beginners to exercise? I'm 19 and i have never bothered with exercise or sports before (ik its iffy hahaha) because i used to be very sickly so all physical activity wasn't advised back then and now im just lazy. but i really want to get in shape but after trying the exercises i saw on youtube, id have problems with my back and neck and even if i stretch and do warm-ups, my body would be so sore i cant walk properly in the next days, so i stopped because i realized it might be too much for the body of a newbie like me. So if you have any routine/suggestions, please make a video about it (only if u want hehe) because most of the time i was worried i did things the wrong way because my neck and back shouldn't have hurt like that :'(( i also cant quite grasp the concept of activating your core?? ive watched so many videos and read articles but there weren't specific enough it was all "imagine you--" and i can't get itttt pls help huhu thank uu very much and sorry if this is way too long :')) ♥♥

Every day they get delivered 3 minutes later than the day before, and at some point I won't have time to do them in the mornings anymore because of classes... If not, no worries!
