The length of this for these specific emotions was really helpful to me. I told myself, "I can do 10 minutes". Once the asanas were done and I was out of my freeze response, I thought oh we're done already? Left me wanting to do more to be present in my body. Thank you for this reset. 💚

Today is my one year anniversary doing yoga with Nico. I hated yoga before coming to these videos. Your calming voice, your education and the fact that you speak as you do it and sometimes your infectious giggle when something is challenging for you too makes me just love this channel.
