This was perfect for a short cardio. I added 2 lbs., which also made it a bit of a strength workout, too. Pretty colors always helps! :)

I'm 24 and I'm soo grateful and happy to have discovered your channel! It helps me a lot while I'm finally stepping on my way to regular and pleasant movement and learning to not feel ashamed for not enjoying and not being able to do very high intensity workouts. I'm also learning to not chase perfectionism and embrace my body and my love for rather slow and mindful moving. I'm doing your workouts in addition to yoga practices and walking outside. Thank you so much! I’m a 72 yr old f, on oxygen 24/7, just recovered from broken ribs and am in great need of this! Most exercises and yoga are way above my abilities, but I was able to do one of your chair exercises with just the right amount of effort! Looking forward to doing these every day!

This workout is perfect! I've been looking for something easy and gentle to do in the evenings, that won't make me all hot and sweaty before bed. So many "beginner" workouts are NOT designed for beginners at all, lol. As a woman going through menopause, the last thing I want is to get overheated in the evening and then not be able to sleep. This workout was just right. Enough to get my heartrate up and make me feel stretched and limber, but not all hot and sweaty and unable to cool off before bed. Thank you!

I fell a week ago and had to stop my workouts until my chiropractor could get me aligned again - today I started back and I love this short one, Jules! It was fun and just what I needed to get back at it ! Thank you Jules for these videos! They have changed my life! ❤

I'm Back! Day 3 😊 I'm sleeping much better and even went to bed early last night! 11pm! I just wanted a short workout before midnight tonight and reached 11,500 steps. I feel that your workouts are improving my entire body, mind and soul! A million thanks. A x 🎈

23, 10 2023 Hi Jules, it's 23:10 at night, and I managed to persuade myself to do some extremely light exercise, so I did the lazy one and yours this gentle walk. I love these because I not only feel sluggish it is worse. But with a toothache I am glad I managed a little. I showed up for my few minutes exercise. Good night

Thanks for the suggestion. I kind of feel some people might find the beep irritating since the timer is there to let people know when to change. But, I will definitely watch for more feedback and can add it if more people say they'd appreciate having it.

I love this channel! The simplicity is genius level! I can see that a lot of thought has gone into how to streamline, while making everything super easy to follow. And there’s no language barrier because all cues are visual. Really impressed in Japan!😊👍❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed it and was lucky enough to stay with a family of a backpacker I met on my travels. She was still travelling and they couldn't speak English so it was an interesting stay:) Anyway, thanks so much for your feedback on the videos. When it comes to my gentle workouts, I definitely design the moves to be less complicated so it makes the workout to be manageable.

I love it!!! got my heart rate up, and I could use my 5 lbs weights during the whole exercise... I love it.. It is working every part of my body, and I can feel it. now I can exercise with this everyday, not being concerned about skipping. It's an easy 10 minute routine that I can add to my daily activities. Thank You 🥰🥰👍

That was REALLY nice. It was 11:30 pm and I didn't want to skip this day. I did some gentle moving and stretching for 10 minutes and then moved on with this walk. It was fun, the pace was great and if I didn't want to go to sleep, I would repeat it. Thank you! ❤

Great tip to add 1 or 2 lb weights. I used 2 throughout and it mad the workout more valuable to me. Did this after the level 2 floor (core) video.

7, 05 2023 Hi Jules, I am working on finding out the reason or reasons of my lack of energy I have some ideas but will go on. I came back to this gentle walk this is all I could do today, but I would rather do something gentle and easy than nothing. That only should happen when it is the worst. Thank you for all your encouraging thoughts to spur me on. They work!

I am a big fan of your workouts. You are uplifting and encouraging, and there is such a positive feel to every workout. I feel great at the end too. I have appreciated all the aspects of exercise you offer, cardio, weights, balance and flexibility. I generally have done your intermediate workouts, but currently am recovering from an illness that took me by surprise. This gentle workout was just right for relieving some of the stiffness of my back for being in bed so long and get my body moving without overdoing it. Thanks for your big heart in sharing what you love to help others. I am grateful to you. By the way your daughter was darling in your 2023 family Christmas exercise video. Loved it, but no way could do her level of exercise this year - maybe next - perhaps I'll just stick with what you do.😉

You can also use 1 or 2 lb weights to make it a bit more challenging.

Phase 2 Day 23! ✅️ This was lovely this evening Jules but I did it with exaggerated movements and slightly faster and boy did I work up a sweat and feel great afterwards! My mission since Phase 2 Day 1 has been to complete 10,000+ daily. I nearly always manage it and each day is a new day to challenge myself again. I'll be 75 this May and have 3 cancers, 2 in remission. Just needed a get-up-and-move gentle exercise since I retired last year. All of your 10 minute videos are great and I am up to almost 20 minutes a day although still can only do 5-6 min at a go. Started off slowly so that I wouldn't quit, lol. Thanks for your videos!

I'm sure you figured it out already but I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) so you can find lots more like this one under the 'gentle level' playlists. 4, May 2023 Hi Jules, after days of skipping exercise I needed a gentle easy one to get back to it. Yours was just it. I have had extremely low energy for the last few days with my period and my hopeless situation so I did not exercise. It was not any depression I actually work out with that, it was really very very low energy. Even today, it was very bad but gradually I was a little better so I told myself I want to do some light exercises and I chose this from my list of workouts. I saved quite a few workout routines with different trainers, so when I do not care a for a new one that pops up or it is too hard or too long or I just do not eel like ti I go to my list and choose from there. Good night See you another time.

22, 03 2023 I am back. l did exercises with someone else these few days but today l was too tired and l kept leaving the other girl's workouts, they were too hard for me today. l am so stressed out and exhausted and down that even this gentle one had moments when l stopped earlier or let down my arms. But l did a little anyway, and even finished this one. Thank you, Jules.
