Great stretching exercise. I am 60 and retired military. I have gotten out of shape since retiring and wanted to get back in shape. Now 50 lbs heavier I needed to find and exercise & fitness program that fits my exercise & fitness needs. I decided to try the resistance bands instead of heavy weight since I have arthritis in my knees and wrist. I bought some resistance bands a while back and decided to put them to use following your 10-minute full body resistance band stretch exercise and I must say it felt GREAT after I did them. Usually my body feel stiff and achy, but today just that little bit of stretching has motivated me to seek out more resistance band exercises to help with improving my strength and fitness development. Thanks for showing me how to get the most out of my resistance bands.

Did this stretch today after a 30 min walk. I love love love resistance band stretches. They are more effective for me and this short stretch was good and I felt it. Thank k you! Perfect time for when you don’t have a lot of time

I really liked this. I've lost a lot of flexibility and mobility over the past year due to spinal conditions. This feels like it helps to assist the stretch so I don't tense up too much trying to hold. 👍

Thank you, I just got my first set of hands and this is the first video that I've followed all the way through. I used my yellow band starting off with the lowest resistance. It felt real good to stretch my achey muscles (I suffer from multiple sclerosis) hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow! Thank you, I plan to come back again and again!!

I left the stretch! I’d love to see you redo it with the resistance bands that you sell. I had a little bit of difficulty doing it with that type of band but on the other hand I’m super inflexible ha ha.

I did this one with the Foam Roller one and an older stretch of yours. Stretching with resistance bands is my absolute favorite way to stretch ..especially for my quads. Great videos and I want to add that the quality, quantity and variety you provide is fantastic. Very professional content and production. I've been working out for years at home with dvds & yes, vcs 😂 and your work is exemplary. (PS I got my PD socks from your friend and will wear them proudly).

Hi, I really enjoyed this. I am trying to work on my flexibility in my hamstrings as my spine/lower back hurts when I sit up with my legs in front of me (think L sit but with bum on the floor lol) I have 3 bad discs in my lower spine and stretching helps. I would like a routine that could help with my flexibility in this area. Thanks x
