I'm amazed! I'm 74 and for the past 15 years, I haven't been able to sleep for more than an hour on one of my sides because my hip starts hurting. A couple of months ago, I did this workout for a week. It was difficult and I couldn't really extend my leg out behind me that far. Later, I noticed I could sleep longer on that side without pain, but didn't really push it. Last night I slept all night on that side without pain. I am sure that this routine is what did it. I've slacked off doing it for quite a while, but now I will definitely get back to it. I think doing it even 2-3 or times a week could make a big difference. So excited and thank you for sharing all these excellent workouts!

I have very tight hips and am constantly searching for ways to heal and improve my flexibility. I find my ability to exercise is often limited because the hip problem affects my knees but I refuse to stop exercising so use workarounds. Yesterday I was particularly stiff and tried this workout and your other knee workouts and holy cow, by nightfall my hips felt loose and pain free. I was able to walk easily and it felt so good. I will be doing this workout every morning before everything else. Really appreciate these helpful movements and your positive energy.
