Greetings from London 🇬🇧! I love so many of your wonderful workouts, but this is my go-to first thing every morning and it really does help! Thank you so much for encouraging us seniors to improve and maintain our balance and mobility - much appreciated.

My Joints are cracking every time I do these stretches 😃😆- I love the Music on This One --- It's so relaxing -- and gets me thinking about the Past for some reason --

Not actually first thing in the morning but was looking for something to help fight the the stiffness I had, well this exercise did the trick. Feel much better now thanks Cindy🙂

This does help to have me to loosen up, you should hear my bones creaking Cindy but they all feel so much better after I've finished thanks :-)

My wife and I i do this daily before moving on to more exercise or to the day. I'd like to know what background music you are using on this as it's very nice and my daughter and granddaughter play piano. Thank you!

The songs are from a royalty free website called Epidemic Sound. The titles are La Plume Valente by Franz Gordon, Inseparable by Rikard From ,Close To Me by Anna Landstrom and Concepts by Ever So Blue

I hadn't realised the chest infection I had, had taken it out of me so much until I cleaned and washed the kitchen and bathroom floors yesterday. I was worn out after so slowly does it for a few days and stretches are one thing I can do and they're so beneficial 😂 😂

I rather like this one to prepare me for whatever I ahve next and I think it's another exercise just another ten minute boost before I have to start doing 'stuff' 😂 😂
