My wife and I i do this daily before moving on to more exercise or to the day. I'd like to know what background music you are using on this as it's very nice and my daughter and granddaughter play piano. Thank you!

The songs are from a royalty free website called Epidemic Sound. The titles are La Plume Valente by Franz Gordon, Inseparable by Rikard From ,Close To Me by Anna Landstrom and Concepts by Ever So Blue

I hadn't realised the chest infection I had, had taken it out of me so much until I cleaned and washed the kitchen and bathroom floors yesterday. I was worn out after so slowly does it for a few days and stretches are one thing I can do and they're so beneficial 😂 😂
