I love all the workout routines you post. The exercises are great, I feel they are challenging but "doable" (I am 66), you show them at just the right speed, they are so varied (never boring), your voice is very pleasant and encouraging, and the interior design of each exercise video is so pleasant to look at while exercising. Love this doable legs workout, I often do the stretching exercises, standing abs but neglected the legs. I shall combine this with the others and looking forward to a stronger and toned legs! Thank you!

Bonnie you are right there are different body types and NOTHING can alter that I am very fortunate to have a body type never have had cellulite or dimpled fetid don't have fat I am 72 years old and have never been over weight love the Fab, 50's workout!

🌺Wonderful start to Sunday~ My fab50s workouts are my daily gift to me. Moves that start around 1:50 I can do when I alternate legs bc I can't always stand on 1 leg at a time that many seconds(not balance issue, it's my legs being silly.)One thing for sure: I'm immeasurably better in every way for having found these.Thanks,Schellea.🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Produces results so fast. I can do these classes in a small space. Calming, motivating and educational. Working up to do 3 classes per day. Shorter classes much appreciated. Less chance for burn out/quitting.

I have trouble on the floor so did 1st half then picked up another standing type. Combined they are powerful. Thank you Schellea. I had to visit my Dr last week and he was very impressed with my leg strength for a 58 year old!! Part of the credit belongs to you for putting together such effective programs for us!! Thank you!!! I absolutely love your workout routines. Even at 60 something 🙊 , I will say I need to use a heated pool and aqua equipment to utilize some of the moves as I have physical activity limitations and need to be cautious 😇😎🐝 Thank you for your KZbin presence!

I just did this exercise I have wobbly jelly legs before I did this my knee was aching so what did I do looed for an exercise probably not the most sensible thing but at the moment the exercise high is making me feel really good thank you I bless the day I found these exercises slowly but surely I am improving and feeling stronger
