The impressive thing is how you’re so technically perfect. That form is impeccable. I could never do this workout but it’s entertaining just watching you. I mean look at that toe point alone!

I made a huge mistake trying this workout after doing the Extreme Ab workout (Milli boot camp # 1) My body is like an earthquake😂 I am getting back into your workouts again after stopping because of school! Love your Bootcamp, and keep up your amazing work!

Thank you for the new ideas and inspiration! Your workouts are extremely useful for all kinds of sports, feeling and fully experiencing the strength of our bodies. I am dying doing your workouts, but I know after some weeks it will be easier already. I had a serious injury so I couldn't go climbing... Your videos are helping me keeping motivation and strength on!

Very nice! We will try new abs train after climbing training, but we have no yoga blocks) Looks pretty hard for us and pretty easy for you :)
