I'm curious about red light and methylene blue for killing cancer cells as an adjunct to traditional treatment. It's called "MB-PDT". Maybe you can find someone knowledgeable about that for a future episode? It sounds very interesting!

You find that the work of DrThomas Seyfried ( Professor at Boston College and Yale before ) is interesting. He talks about mitochondria disfunction or damage and the ylting shift to fermentation. Otto Warberg a research scientist from the 1930s did a lot research reguarding cancer.

What do you think about amino acids? I’ve been taking beef organ supplements. I hear that they are great. I would like your input.❤

I use them for all of the good nutrients but especially for the DAO enzyme ( from kidneys) to help keep histamine issues under control.

I'm a huge fan of Essential Amino Acids - I take at least a scoop daily (I use Kion)

How many, antioxidants, should you take, on a, daily basis?

Not too many - antioxidants are a sweet spot thing - enough to quell excess oxidation but not too much

What doses should you start on for the supplements you mentioned? I know you gave dosage for creatine & not giving doses for the methalene blue, but the others. There are so many out there and idk if you can take to much or not enough. Do you have links to reccomended supplements ones w/o lots of undesirable additives?

Good question - and the answer is that it kind of depends - I tend to cycle on and off stuff quite a lot. I have my foundations: Magnesium, Spermidine, Fatty 15, Omega 3, CaD Glucarate , Creatine, Beam Minerals, Urolithin A, PQQ, COQ10.....I often add methylene blue lol and then I sometimes include HopBox Supplements...and I'm almost always cycling through 2-3 bioregulators .....oh and Essential Amino Acids
