I hv mixed equal quantities of turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, sunth powder, saunf power and smaller quantities of ajwain powder and pepper powder in a bottle. I take one small spoon of this with warm water in a shot glass followed by warm lemon water with black salt. I follow IF, OMAD and eat 50% salads in my diet. Losing weight actively with this.

You know what saura bh.i really dont want to reduce my weight any more .at 70 i dont want to reduce anymore .i am fine like this . Doing yoga is good enough i feel i am not anyways going for modelling so i am quiet fine as i am but yes to keep healthy i will continue yoga .
