Very good advice glad I found these guys, as they say not all exercises and stretches they show you are for you but they have one or two to help. After braking my ankle and being in a wheelchair for 4 months, my hips were one of he worst problems of getting myself up and walking again. Some of these exercises and stretches really helped me, I will be sharing this on my page. Thanks guys!

I love you guys!!! I have osteoporosis with a 6 level thoracic failed fusion and some recent SI pain. I do postural restoration for pt which is helping me from hunching over and will be getting a pain pump for the horrific IP pain I have been experiencing with my spine issues. You are both fun and give me ideas to stay as mobil and fit as I possibly can for as long as I can. Thank you for your good humor and ideas. I will try these:)

Thank you for your significant help all the way down here in Missouri! I've suffered from a "tilted"pelvis for years, diagnosed as both lateral and anterior, but had been unable to continue treatments, causing symptoms I had NO clue were related, until you saved me! I've had no options for pelvic health for a few years now, causing my posture to become included. Your exact posture matches my wedding picture during vows from August this year. Thank you for reminding me how serious these things can become, explaining in ways I both understood and could test at home, these have alleviated SO much pressure! Pelvis is so out of line, every time I stand up straight from 90° angle, it pops on the "higher/raised" side. Every time. Then my posture in the wedding photo, wow. I'm definitely going to be watching more, and scheduling a professional visit locally (I'm The typical no Dr. for myself, care for anyone else type person) Until I realize I could be causing serious, permanent injury and discomfort further down the road. I had no clue about muscle vs nerve pain either, so I feel highly confident going into an appointment with already being diagnosed, and now being able to suggest other links/symptoms to this one fixable issue. I really can't thank you enough, and greatly appreciate the time, effort, and care put into videos simply for the public. Wish you weren't in Minnesota! I'd love to meet y'all! So thankful for your help, seriously blessed to stumble across! Physical Therapy From Minnesota to Missouri, better than any previous therapists! Thank you!

Love you guys , I've completed streaching useing your guidelines and its it's almost like finding the fountain of youth so much pain has bothered me in my hips and groin, after 1 week of streaching, im almost pain free , im 63 and have had no relief for alot of years , believing it was arthritis or worse , wow , still cant do to much of the butterfly streach bout its a work in process, they have streaching equipment at the gym, the equipment really makes it super easy , im walking and bending and putting on my socks with more ease, a real life miracle.

Bob and Brad on loan from God I tried the Shoulder pain exercises and in 3 days my pain was gone! I never dreamed it would work and thought I really didnt want to live with the pain I was having. Your videos are so interesting!! Your hip exercise videos have helped me a lot-I had twins three months ago and my hips are still weak and sore. I've been using some of your exercises and stretches and am noticing improvement.

Goodness. What a great find! I was looking for answers to why one of my hips pops when I open my knee to a 45* angle and lift it up. Doesn't matter if I'm on my back, standing, or squatting; at a very specific angle, it always pops. It isn't painful but I want to figure out how to stop it before I end up hurting myself over time. I'm going to incorporate more abduction exercises in my fitness program. This area is weak for me and I didn't realize it would have such an impact on my hips. Thanks for all these hip related videos! You guys have great chemistry and are really fun to watch :)

I don't really have pain. But my right hip does crack (it's a sound that comes out when I rotate my hips) very rarely. Hardly bothers me. But I think these just got rid of that for me. Feels much better to have more mobility in the hips. I'll definitely be adding this to my routine for atleast every other day. Thanks guys. You're awesome.

This was good. I am currently nursing a hip flexor overuse injury. Too much ab/core work. I am an old time runner who was recently found youtube yoga and pilates and got carried away with my floor work. Currently I am using anti-inflammatory, electric stim and ice. I have adjusted my ab/core work to using bent knees only and avoiding straight leg raises etc. Do you have a video that addresses core work without stressing hip flexors? You guys are great! thank you

All knee exercises strength the hips and I do them along with stretching. My hip used to hurt walking uphill but after strengthening them, no more pain.

Had the Ifuse performed two years and five months ago with a revision done six weeks later due to the fact that one of the rods pinched the nerves that exit my left leg. Huge mistake. I now have three rods fused to my pelvis and what I wouldn't do to have them removed. I live in pain twenty four hours a day seven days a week in my left leg and foot, a million times worse than the back pain itself which didn't go away either. Thank you so much for sharing these stretches, will be doing them first thing in the morning. I also subscribed to your page and will be watching more of your videos. Thank you, just corrected the surgery I had performed. Thank you for wishing me well, I'm looking forward to the day I wake up one morning and the pain is gone. Hope my comment helps someone who reads it and is considering having it performed changes their mind. I wish I would have known more about these kinds of exercises before. That three days of Ibuprofen really worked. I have now gone off the Ibuprofen for 24 hours and I am still pain free. I did 600 mg a day. I continued to do your stretches and my normal work out during the three days.

There are several ways in yoga to stretch your hips - pigeon pose or using a strap. Are these good to use for hip pain? It's great that you are imparting some much information. Thank you.

Thank you guys. I really love your videos. I had hyperparathyroidism (i had an operation) Because of the hyperparathyroidism I'm suffering from osteoporosis (osteopenia). What exercises do you recommend for osteopenia? I really need some advice.

OK, my serious comment. I slipped in a shower and hit my back and hip. For about 18 months my back and hip have been hurting and my doctors really don't recommend surgery. I have not done physical therapy well because of bilateral reconstructive foot surgery. This video is excellent therapy. I did the internal rotation test. I'm super tight on the problem side.

This helped me figure out exactly which movements are causing pain in my hips. Thank you. It's the hip abductor! I have been doing exercises for my glutes and legs and I must have hurt myself.
