Hi Diane, there are several 1000cal hiit classes on this channel. Whilst repeating the same 1 is still effective in the interest of not getting bored it might be worth your while to rotate them. Also FYI we are releasing a heap of this type of superset HIIT workout over the next little bit. In fact I'm in the process of editing some new material as we speak so you guys will see them in a few days time 👍
