Well I did this workout the other day and I can tell you this, Dana this workout of yours was the most best leg workout I've had so far. I could not do this workout all the time, but it will be one of my workouts at least once or maybe twice a month. I almost quit because I was hurting so bad, but I pushed myself and finished, sweating like crazy. I'm still sore from it....lol I did take the selfie pic and hashtag to Instagram.. I may not win, but I sure as hell got a good workout and a workout plan from you and I thank you for that..... Love all your workouts and I've done your killer shoulder workouts and back workouts and I always feel and see the results... Thank you for your videos they are awesome and they have helped me alot....

I would love to do this, but I'm high risk (auto immune) and still not going to places like the gym. I'll try to mod it for my home workout leg day! And I'll save it for post-pandemic goal. ❤

My gyms are closed as well. I had no machines and couldn’t do walking lunges outside. I posted my substitutions on my IG @jooeunie. Here’s what I did.... Hack Squats: Elevated Heel Squats with DB Extensions: Seated Band extensions Curls: 1 DB Curl lying belly down on bench Walking Lunges: Foreward Lunges w DB It was a killer workout! Good luck!

I challenge a person to gain as much quality muscle mass as possible with no intake of drugs or any other bullshit chemical nonsense including pre-workout etc. within a given one year allotted time. Now this challenge is only for a person who has never ever taken anything and has been training consistently for a couple of years. I would be interested to see what the largest of amount of muscle could be built under these ultra strict conditions.
