I love that you showed the PROPER way to do Face Pulls! Athlean X showed me this years ago and I am one of the only people at my gym to do it "correctly" with outward rotation.

Been doing powerlifting for 20 years, and during this time, 90 % of the dudes i saw at the gym were working on their strong points instead of working on their weakpoints isn't it stupid ? That ended up with dudes who looked like "superman" from the top but with absolutely no legs, or no calves etc... Some of them were so ashamed of their skinny legs that they would wear 2 sports pants one on top of the other to make their legs appear bigger. I don't know for you guys but it seems logical to me to work on what you miss the most and not the contrary. Still some people can't understand that.

My shoulders are a lagging body part so, you had me at tip #1 and an even better way to work those rear delts. Tip #2 blew my mind (and that burn) with partial reps. And tip #3, well that’s gonna be a game changer for sure. Thank you!!! 💪🏾👍🏾👊🏾

Really "educational" video...great advice and "tips" for every body part. I've already utilized some of them, but didn't think about or hear about training the "lagging" muscle first, in this case the rear delts.
