Thank you 🥰 I jogged on the spot throughout instead of walking on the spot in between and burnt 537 calories 🙌🏼

私はこれに挑戦やってみたい🤩けど、腕を上げ続けたり動かし続ける事は出来ない。 15秒腕を上げたままにしたり動かして何秒か腕を下げたままにしたら意味が無くなる?

腕を上げ続けるのが難しい場合、無理せず自分のペースで行って大丈夫です。15秒間腕を上げて、その後少し下げて休むことは全く問題ありません。動き続けることで効果はありますので、自分の体に合わせて調整しながら進めてくださいね!
