This is a series of aerobic exercises (aerobic dance exercises). In this program, I adopted gentle exercises to wake up the body in the morning. Intense movements are omitted in order to gradually move the awake body. To move the whole body in the morning, we can promote blood circulation, increase energy consumption during the day's activities and help our brain wake up. Even those who do not like intense exercise or those who are not confident in their physical strength can practice.
I chose simple steps and movements to dance to the music, and added "beep sounds" just before changing the movements.
