This is a series of cardio exercise (aerobic dance exercise). This program is aimed at moving your whole body, sweating and burning fat effectively in 10 minutes. You can burn fat and strengthen your abdominal and leg muscles while moving your body to the rhythm of the music.
I put "beep sound" just before changing each movement so you can dance exactly to the music.
