My dear exercisers, welcome to my KZbin channel for an 11-minute mini-workout, which is done with weights and contains exercises for the whole body.
In this video, during one round, 3 exercises are performed. One set is one exercise, the second set is another, and the third set is a combination of the first and second exercise. There are 4 rounds in total.
I recommend doing this clip two to three times in a row (with a break of up to 60 seconds in between) to improve your results.
As part of this training, shaping exercises are performed, which target the whole body, with weights of 1 kg, and maybe 2 to 3 kg, depending on the shape of the exerciser. Since the exercises are done with weights, this mini workout is great for women 40 plus years old, because at that age it is necessary to build muscles...
During the break between two exercises, in the upper right corner of the screen you can see the next exercise, which will help you feel safe and motivated throughout the training, and you will also hear my instructions, which will allow you to perform the exercises technically correctly.
Don't forget to warm up before starting your workout and stretch at the end.

Moze, nije problem, mada je bolji efekat sa tegovima. Ali mozes da koristis i 2 male flase sa vodom, ili ako zelis da bude teze, onda ih napunis peskom 😘❤️
