Mini training for beginners, contains exercises that encourage the development of strength, and is suitable for women over 40 years old.
The exercises are performed with the help of weights of 2 kg (and maybe more) in intervals of 30 seconds per series, with a 10-second break. There are a total of 16 sets, and there is a 30-second break halfway through the mini-training, for a shorter recovery and a sip of water.
For best results, it's best to do this video one or two more times, with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
At the beginning of training, it is mandatory to warm up:

Exercising at home has the same effect as doing it in a fitness club.
Women over 40 should focus on building muscle mass in order to maintain health and vitality. Lest anyone think I'm speaking from memory, I'm that age too, I'm 45 to be exact.
A simple and effective solution is exercises that will strengthen and build muscles, and this is best achieved by using heavier weights (for this mini workout I used 2 kg weights). Also, exercising with heavier weights achieves weight loss very nicely, because muscles are big consumers.
