DESCRIPTION
Welcome to my Feel Good Walk series! These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. You will be walking at a moderate to fast pace, so you get more steps in less time! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!
In Feel Good Walk 1500 you will step at a faster pace for a total of 12 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. This one is a sweaty one because of the quicker pace, slow it down if you need to!
