About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

Great little workout, targeted at one area(actually more then just inner thighs, I think my abd will sore too) Just when you think you don't have time, but 12 mins are nothing. Please do more of these. And so greatfull for the work you are doing to make this world (women of this world) better 😘🥰💞

👋🏽 I just discovered few days ago your videos accidentally and I tried to follow them as hard as some movements can be as I am not a dancer and not as gracious as you are but I really enjoyed to discover that new routine to insert to my morning training and I can tell I did not expected it to be so painful after 😅 so thank you for your post, your time and that positive energy you share in your videos and thank you for your advices and for the tips given all along 🙏🏽

Interestingly, I felt more my abs, back and buttocks working here, than my legs ( I think, that's it's because I've already quite muscular legs) 12 minutes is short, but it's great, you can easily find a quarter of hour in a busy day and do some sport. Last 3 will likely do great for my splits and arabesques then I'll had some arm, balance workout and stretch to complete the daily exercise , thank you!

When laying on the side feels like my hip is pushing into floor (painful). I’m not sure if it’s just because I’m out of shape or doing it wrong? Let me know if you have any thoughts:) I ❤ the workout and will keep at it…

Not sure if I’m doing everything completely wrong but I feel like I feel it everywhere except the inner thighs 😅

You will feel it in other areas as well but try tapping into the mind/body connection and really putting your focus on the inner thighs. Revisit it and let me know if you noticed any difference :)
