I'm 60 years old, lost 37 lbs. to return to a healthy weight, and am now focused on building strength and muscle. This is a fabulous workout for me. I'm currently alternating between 2 lb. and 3 lb. weights, so lots of building to do. Love your emphasis on good form and the fun combo of exercises. I don't have 10lb dumbbells so I started with my 5s but I felt it! You have such great form/visuals to follow and your reminders about core, soft knees, and posture are great! Really good work out and I'll come back to this video again.

I have MECFS (from mono I haven’t had covid) and yes, I’ve found the same thing. As long as I keep it to like 15 minutes and there’s not a lot of up and down it doesn’t crash me at all. I used to think that getting my heart rate up was causing crashes, but I use a stationary bike and I get pretty sweaty and it’s fine. I finally figured out that the routines where I have to stand up then lie down then stand up then lie down are really bad for me even if they are short. I don’t have pots, but my body doesn’t like those transitions at all.

I love your exercises with small dumbbells that I do every other day. So Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For me, 10 to 12 minutes is enough. I have no intention of becoming super muscular. The only thing I want is just to firm it up a bit. Before I did it 5 times a week and I found that my neck and my back seemed too muscular. With this dear menopause what was firm before is unfortunately a little droopy. So, I've been doing dumbbells since last September. Thank you again very much Eleni.👍🥰🇨🇦

Great workout. Some new moves for the arms I haven't done before. Great isolation form with these sets which really targets a particular muscle or area of muscle. Great workout Mik! Thank you. I like how many different standing arm workouts you've posted. I love the variety and the short, targeted amount of time so I can do this after a longer cardio or HIIT workout.
