Hi Jessica. While I'm not in the least athletic, or even well-coordinated, I've always walked regularly (I'm British, we walk). Now I'm 75 and in good health, but live in Maine so winter walking can be a problem. A couple of winters ago I didn't walk very much at all, and at my annual check-up my blood pressure and blood sugar were not great. I've never had problems like that before and I think the regular walking has been the key. These short walking videos have been a godsend this winter - my blood pressure and cholesterol count have been back to normal and my blood sugar has dropped significantly. Thanks Jessica for helping an older lady to continue to enjoy life.

My daughters (7, 4, & 3) said they wanted to exercise this morning, & I turned on a kiddy one, & they said “we want to do one of YOUR GIRL’S WORKOUTS!” & I instantly knew they meant you 😂🥰 so I pulled up this one knowing it wasn’t too long & had mods. They did the whole 10 mins! I told my oldest I’ve been working out “with you” for 7 years! Your content is just as great now as it has been all these years. Day 19: feeling so strong! I followed this up with the standing barre routine. Just didn't feel like enough. Say what?! My endurance has increased so much since I started your workouts in October. Noticed yesterday that my arms have gone down in circumference and that my booty looks the best it ever has. So proud of myself! If I can get off the couch, put down my book, and work out, anyone can!!

Hi Jessica, so glad I re-discovered you! Never stopped working out but did quit your workouts for a while. It's good to be back. Through te week I walk, take tons of stairs, do taichi and chikung, workout with weights and your videos. I'm 61 and feel great. Thank you for everything you do.

Hi Jessica I've been working out to about 12 of your videos for the last 9 weeks. I've lost 5 kilos, several inches and have toned up completely. I'm back to a comfortable size 8 and have gained muscle definition. I do your workouts 7 day's a week for up to 2 hours and love every minute of it. You are an amazing PT and love your personality. I know that I have already commented on one of your videos but I cannot tell you how much I love these quick workouts. I have 2 young children and a 6 month old baby and these workouts are perfect for nap time. I get a little workout without taking up much of my "free-time." I'm also not in the financial position to have a gym membership nor can I justify the time sacrifice away from my family. Doing these short workouts has really helped improve my mood too. Peanut showed us what tenacity is all about. She spent a good part of this workout trying to get her bone out of the floor groove of the sliding glass door and she finally got it!! Yay Peanut! BTW I love the workout. I did it as an add-on to your 34-minute total body walking workout using weights. Loved that one, too. Jessica, you and Peanut make a great team - the best!

Had a slight falling out with working out. Decided to get back on Jessica Smith TV schedule, did this today and wow. Even though it is 12 min I gave it my all. I saw the video about it doesn't matter how long you workout, but if you give it your all or just half the effort. I can say I did this with full effort and I am sweating even after the 12 min! It's 100+ degrees @ 10:30 am here in So Cali and there is no way I'm walking to the park. I found this instead and I LOVE it. It's easy enough for me to do, but I still get my steps in. I have 2 kids under 3 and it's also short enough for me to do while they play. Thank you so much for making this do-able for anyone!

I actually qualified as a personal trainer when I was 19. I wasn't particularly fit at the time, I did because I thought it would help me be more healthy myself. Anyway, I remember how much the ETM used to help me build my coordination and balance so this video is great. I went off to university and forgot all about my personal training so I'm trying to get back into it using videos like this. You've no idea how much it helps! Thanks so much!

For those of you that are just starting, this workout is perfect and easy to follow. If you're uncoordinated like me, easy to add another move. You don't have to stop because you can't keep-up or messed-up a move. I'm very glad I found this one and, do it three times a day. It doesn't take much time to do. You are done before you know it.

Good morning...A co-worker of mine suggested I start doing a short walking routine before work in the morning because with a desk job it's very very difficult to NOT reach 10,000 step a day. A few things I would like say: I love the interaction you have with your audience. I am not a self motivator and you do a wonderful job connecting with you viewers. I am just starting the FITIN15 and this workout as well, a few days in and I feel better, and better motivated to watch what I eat. Day 19 #QuickFit done! My very favorite type of exercising is walking and I love this one. I'm feeling really good today so I jogged through it and added the 10-Minute Toning Walk, the 10- Minute Intsrval WLk, and the Intervak Power Walk/Jog. I stayed high impact the whole time and I feel so energized now!

Love it. I get nicely warmed up in 12 minutes, and get some steps, in first thing in the morning. Because of a hamstring injury, I'm really achy and stiff when I first wake up, and this workout helps me get past it FAST.

Power walking is my favourite form of exercise so today was very good for me. I did the power walk quickie three times through and now that I was really into the rhythm I followed that with the 30 minute power interval walk. As I still had both energy and time to spare I did the Thin in 10 Interval power walk twice too. How I wish everyone could feel this fantastic. Can't wait for tomorrow's challenge.

Thank you for the workout! Normally I cycle, run, and swim to stay fit, but I'm fighting off a cold and need to reserve as much energy as possible for staying healthy (so I can get back to marathon training next week). I wanted a quick workout to get me away from my desk for about 15 minutes, without being too intense. This was perfect! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and clients.

I did this workout and interchanged between it and a few others, and literally the combination of these workouts and a low carb diet helped me lose 14 pounds in a month and a half. I love your videos! I'm going to keep it up!

This is probably my favorite work out of yours! Q&&A - A lot of your exercises are broke into 10 -12-15 minutes segments, but I"ve heard one should do up to 20 - 30 minutes of cardio a day. Do you pack your shorter workouts with enough cardio opportunities that one video would be sufficient, or do we need to do multiple circuits of them?

Love the walking workouts. Did this one after doing the 150-calorie high intensity one today, as well as the posture workout. Just about to do one of your long stretching videos. This is so great for a new mom trying to find time to work out! The intensity is there, but I don't need a 5 minute breather at the end.

I'm 2 months out from foot surgery and still can't walk well but I just did this video (minus the hopping) and I feel like it will help me recover faster. I think my physical therapist would be proud of me.

I hadn't worked out in the longest time. I hurt my left knee, and it is amazing -and sad- to see how easily your muscles get flabby when you don't work regularly. Today I feel so good because I was able to do this happy walk. Thanks
