Muscle Up Drop Set (120kg 115kg - 110kg 100kg)
Playing around with a Bar Muscle Up Drop Set after a HOOGE back session! Mainly out of boredom :-) But weighing 100kg myself at the moment so the drop set looks a little something like this:
120kg - 2 reps
115kg - 2 reps
110kg - 2 reps
100kg (bodyweight) - 2 reps
As always going to apologise now to any actual gymnasts for my form. NOT a video demo of muscle ups. Do NOT watch for technique pointers, haha! Just for fun :-)
