I'm doing this today!!! The Fit with Yoga program worked perfectly for me, a 58yo yoga beginner with multiple spine & back issues. I was looking for something to help my hips and lower back and am grateful to have found the 5 day tryout program. It helped me see this is something I can do, and only 10 minutes a day! I was skeptical that so little time would make a difference, but it has. I got the 30 Day Fit & Flexible and love it. I feel so much better when I start my morning with Janine that I rarely miss, but when I do, I feel it. Ugh! Best 10 minutes of my morning. Thank you, Janine!

I struggled with some of the poses because my hips are so tight and I have a knee issue. Did the best I could and happy I did. Thank you. 😊

That was great. Thank you. I am 52 years old and I never had trouble doing those pose, but for some reason my hips started hurting about a year ago and it's been difficult for me to do those pose. It's terrible. What counts is I did my best. Thanks again.

Really enjoyed that Thankyou I am 63 found my body is feeling so stiff lately like I am just not enjoying the cold even though I keep active 😢

Thank you. That was great. I am 52 years old and I never had a problem doing those yoga poses before especially the one where you hold on to your bent leg and pull. I don't know if I pulled a muscle in my hips or what doing yoga. Both left and right hips hurt, especially the right hip, but its a little difficult for me to do certain yoga pose, and I love doing yoga. That's why I look for yoga like yours, so thank you again.

Menopause made my hips hurt at the same age. Estrogen does a number on the joints! These videos are great
