You know....I should have talked much more about each physique...Strengths and flaws... But, I tried not to take over the whole conversation. In your particular case - I was super impressed with what you delivered on stage...Slightly better conditioning - and you would definitely battle for a title. That is how good you really are. Get back on track...you did great in the last show of the season, made tremendous comeback...continue with the same pace and you will be contender next year and make it to Olympia!

If i was a pro id ask milos to be my coach. I hate the way things went down after Samson and hin parted ways, but just his analysis is so excellent, he could improve your physique just my letting you know which points to focus on and presentation etc. I still watch his knowledge segments on his KZbin from back in the day, very very good information

Samson wasn’t in Hadi condition but he wasn’t far off and he was still far leaner/conditioned than Andrew. You can argue Samson being as lean as Hadi from the Rear.. Hadis Posterior is not more dominant that Samson. It’s literally exactly how Steve explained Martin beating Chris but how Shaun didn’t beat Chris in that same show.

You don’t need carbs for high performance. Adaptation to a high fat animal food diet takes time and most people aren’t willing to go through eat because eating carbs is simple. It’s 100% confirmed that there is zero requirement for carbohydrates, and I take Milo’s description of carbohydrates for bodybuilders because it’s a unique sport. But for optimal longevity and consistent performance, having the least amount of carbs possible in your life is the scientific method. Red meat has been identified to have over 50,000 unique chemicals so it’s not possible to supplement your way out of this by just targeting the amino acids. It will work for a while, but never in the long term. Dr. Shawn Baker is the most significant example we have for a 100% carnivore for 6+ years and performing at the highest levels in his 50s.
@hitmanx20013 күн бұрын
You can’t do cardio optimally if you don’t consume enough carbohydrates, you will gas out way faster without eating them
@MilosSarcevOfficialYoutubePage13 күн бұрын
With all due respect doctor Freeman - 🙄 You don't need carbs for HIGH PERFORMANCE? How high is "the performance" that you are talking about? I don't talk about minimized, optimized or in any way compromised performance...but maximized performance, and all elite athletes can confirm that. Can someone succeed and perform at a high level without it...yes for sure, but take that same person and add carbs and see what happens...in no time! You claim it is 100% confirmed: there is zero requirement for carbs for what (?) - a life (?)... or maybe 10 years... or 6+ years (that supposedly Dr Baker did - your most significant and probably singular example? Why did he stop at 6 years....I wonder )... How about one year....one month....or a week? Aha 🙄 Get real! While "technically speaking" the body can survive without carbs as other fuels can be used as energy (fats, ketons) + amino acids (converting exactly to glucose) - Carbohydrates are for a fact' body's preferred source of energy and they are absolutely essential in the human diet and energy metabolism. Especially for humans who like to use BRAIN and MUSCLES! Don't confuse carbs not being ESSENTIAL nutrients as the term is being used IF something can be manufactured by the body or not, Thus there are EFA's and EEA's...and there are not Essential Carbohydrates...but that is a completely different story. Yes, manager Matt reports a sense of well-being and (like many) reports brain clarity and he "feels good"...like many who reach for keto diet...after fat-adaptation and using fat as a fuel, but let's be real: whoever goes for KETO - got himself (or herself) in trouble eating inappropriately, gaining too much weight, overeating calories (carbs and fat), eating too much, too often and more than likely wrong things and the at the wrong time = thus their results. So, they reach out to RESTRICTIVE DIET - to lose the lard they put around their waist or elsewhere... First thing I said after Jay asked: KETO DIET is effective for a fat loss...so I am not gonna go further here... Another point you are trying to make: EAA's cannot supplement real food source protein for targeting essential amino acids...like RED MEAT (that many people avoid anyway, even if they are meat eaters)...because of 50000 unique chemicals red meat contains? We are talking about 9 essential amino acids: Isoleucine Leucine Valine Lysine Methionine Phenylalanine Threonine Tryptophan Histidine Do you want to tell me that Isoleucine (..or any other amino acid?) from RED MEAT will be different than from EAA powder? I am talking amino acids....not extra nutrients. Of course, I am not suggesting NOT EATING protein...by no means...But to ensure a constant influx of the most valuable EAA's in your bloodstream - to have them ALWAYS available for MPS or any other tissue synthesis...sipping on EAA's throughout day - as Jay suggested is EXACTLY what I have been advocating for decades. You take EAA's powder - digestion is not needed...All aminos are instantly available... Eat your steak and let's find out when particular aminos will finally be released...How long does digestion take....etc So there are definite advantages of supplemental EAA's... And as a side note - how many of those 50000 chemicals you are referring to are associated with heart disease that scientific/medical community is using to scare people from eating red meat? BTW, I love steak and highly recommend it....

How can I get on the cutler cast? You guys need a European correspondent. I do livestream coverage for all shows in Spain for IFBB pro Spain. Akim looked the best I seen him in a long time. I feel like he is still yet to reach his full potential. Even his back double bicep shot looked alot better than in previous shows. I am glad he won. Super nice guy. Horse also looked great. Best horse I have seen so far. He could have controlled midsection better and we know he needs to bring up back double biceps but that being said he looked really good. It was a close show. A great battle it was between akim and horse. Emir came in super round and full with a touch less condition that we are perhaps used to seeing. Perhaps that was intentional. Marc hector returned and he looked big with pretty lines and shape and had he been drier I think he could have battled horse and akim for the top 1 spot.
@InSlobnia7 күн бұрын
I’d argue Samsons Most muscular beats everyone’s. Muscle obviously and then the overall shot. It is a most muscular right. Also Samson has the best side chest and the closest person is Martin in that Pose. Andrew would have the best Ab n thigh and front lat spread amongst everyone. But Andrew cannot beat Samson, I said it once and I’ll say it again🤝
@InSlobnia7 күн бұрын
You said if Hadi gets back to %100, it’s like of irrelevant if Samson is literally improving every show. If we assume Hadi will be %100, we have to assume Samson will be better than last year😂
