Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat this morning! I'll take you through this 15 minute morning yoga sequence to get you ready for the day ahead. This is a full body practice with a good mix of strength and stretch. Nothing too strenuous or intense, we're just trying to wake ourselves up and feel really good in our bodies. This is great for all levels and no props are required.
I'll take you through poses like sphinx, tiger, warrior 2, triangle and bridge pose.

I’m just turning 70 I have been practicing yoga on and off for most of my life, 7 years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, I’m in complete recovery now but throughout the treatment I’ve let my yoga practice slip and began to notice the effects of my age. Now for the last few months I’ve been returning to my practice and thanks to you I have begun to notice a marked improvement in my flexibility and stamina. Thank you for your efforts 🙏

Sorry to hear about your dog, I recently lost my elderly cat so I know how you feel. The feeling that something is missing doesn't quite go away, but the pain does lessen. Take care ❤

Today is Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and I enjoyed your morning yoga offering. I have participated in your classes a long time. You mentioned, in a recent open conversation with your students, it has been 10 years and you remain consistent, engaged and you teach with love. As a yoga teacher myself, a nurse and former massage therapist, I really hope you will give yourself a vacation this summer. I usually do your evening yoga but this morning I woke up with a bad back after moving furniture yesterday. This 15 min morning yoga flow made a HUGE difference, I feel so much better. Merci Kassandra!

Thank you Kassandra! I got plantar fascitis a few months back, and doing these practices has relieved so much of my foot pain. It's amazing how much yoga has helped my stress level and immunity as well. As a mom and a teacher, I need these short times to caretake myself. Thank you for your practice!

Was perfect short flow thank you I did shavasana in a waterfall pose with one flat block under hips as it felt good and rests my legs😊👍

Morning. I have gotten away from home yoga and have focused on workouts at the club. This class confirms that I need to do incorporate yoga at home - day or night. These shorter classes are so doable and add so much to your day. Relaxing and yet rejuvenating. Totally sharing it with friends!!

I love the fact that I have watched so many of your videos and understand the way you describe poses enough that I can take off my glasses and do a full routine completely blind just listening, you're my favourite yoga teacher ever! I went to a hot yoga class blind the other day and I couldn't see or understand most of what I was supposed to do, hard mode, Ive never felt so bad at yoga ahah. Absolutely loved this - thank you so much! This was exactly what I needed. A gentle stretching flow, but with some strength work put in, as I'm coming back from an injury & this couldn't have been more perfect. When you said "sometimes the hardest part of yoga is making the time" i truly understood that phrase. Thank you so much for this simple but very effective flow. As an experienced yogini ,who is currently suffering from lower back pain, I found this practice with an added figure four on my back, to be the perfect practice. I've been sick for a few days without energy for anything but "lazy yin" so this was a perfect transition back toward my normal moderately intense daily yoga practice. But I MISS MUSIC! I feel like your recent videos have not had any music and I wonder if that's deliberate.

I am a huge fan and appreciate having yoga free to me in my own home. Recently an advertisement banner for your journal has appeared on this video that covers about 1/3 of you throughout. How can I reduce the size or eliminate the banner?

Thank you Kassandra for your practices and soothing voice. Back on the mat after a month. I wonder why I haven't done it earlier. There should rarely be any urgency that keeps us from sparing 10' per day for our health and wellbeing.
