This was my second video of my workout today and it has my upper body feeling incredible! Normally Pilates doesn’t do much for my upper body since I’ve been weightlifting for years. But this was great, thank you!

I love this posture challenge with its variety of different workouts to target the whole upper body, open the chest, improve posture and strengthen those arms! And I always find your workouts very interesting and your choice of exercises not only effective but also unique. And I feel that this particular class is more like a mobility workout, which I also appreciate. Thank you so much! ❤❤❤

Hard on my wrists but some very interesting combos- held 0.5kg weights as my ankle weights are rather old style floppy sand filled ones-uncomfortable on wrists!! Thank you Jacinta 🙏

Loved this ❤❤ it has new moves & I always doubt that I can, then when I do it, it's soooooo satisfying. Bit tricky having weight in the arms when so used to to having it in the legs, concentration was high 😊 ty
