One word: AWESOME. i loved every bit of this video. I’ve been following and practicing with you ever since the pandemic started. I just realized how far i have come, after sustaining a wrist injury that left me unable to lift my arm and weakened my shoulder. I was able to go through all the moves except for 2: the upper body push up, and the camel pose. But i know that i will get there thanks to you. Love to you both for everything you offer us. ❤️❤️

I downloaded your new guidebook and I think it would be really great to make a series on the yogic diet, how to start, how to implement in your daily life, how to maintain it when traveling, what it is exactly….and so on. I want to start it but I’m at a loss on how to start that kind of lifestyle.

💕💕💕 needed this. All this extra eating around the holidays has me feeling bloated and sluggish. My body needed this push. Feeling better now. Im feeling ready to sweat it out again mid day I think. I've been pushing myself for the last week to workout like this and I just haven't found the right flow online or off...BUT this was it! THANK YOU LOVE! NAMASTE

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

i used to do plain workouts by multiple fitness influencers on youtube but it felt like i either didn't do their workouts properly or their excercises weren't balanced enough because i always ended up developing a rounded back/hunched shoulders and nerd neck. with yoga, i don't have these problems with my posture, i just feel like at times certain yoga routines are a bit too calm for me to call it a workout. as i am also short on time and money, i cannot afford going to the gym etc. at the moment, so i need something like an allrounder workout. also, i suffer from borderline personality disorder and yoga aka mindfulness is strongly recommended for that by science. i feel like your yoga flows give me the perfect balance of everything: strength, flexibility and mindfulness. it's like two birds one stone (that idiom sounds very cruel tho) thank you so much! namaste.

Hello all its the Ancient Metal Guy here . Ive been a huge fan for years now . Im 72 and I died last year from multiple anurisms . my besty found me dead on the floor after weights . But they bought me back . Our moves here have helped me come back from being a ruin . I can do the majority of what she does . But man that CHAIR pose is insane and I can only wish .
