Really awesome exercises and great workout, I am inspired by your effort and smiling encouragements.Ihabe one question to you is that I recently had my knee replacement surgery done in the month of April,got my body weight to around 75kgs, I am 63 years of age,i know my weight is more,want to reduce,can I do these workout after a month or so,pl give me suggestions ok ,god bless you my child.

Just by 30 min walking only I lost from 93kg to 83kg….but now it’s stuck in 82-83 kg..please make a video in weight plateau 🙏😓

I walk back and forth through my house when I’m stuck on the phone... amazing how far you can walk without leaving the house. Last time I checked I walked 3OOO + steps and I didn’t leave the house
