Hello sir, Your exercices are really wonderfull. Your imagination has no limit in bô practise ! I see that in this video, like in the 20 minute combat bo class, your practise is looking like kobudo training. This complete perfectly the home class training which looks more like freestyle demonstration bo. Thanks for your kindness and for all your work. Laurent

+Laurent Goussaire Laurent, I am glad you noticed that my "updated" style/demonstration with the bo is like kobudo, much more closely in line with okinawan bojutsu than some of my original teachings. I see more value in the bojutsu preparations and strikes, as they train your body with proper muscle memory for a real "fight."

i went through about half of this - can't do the other half because of lack of space D: My staff is long enough that touches both walls in most of the rooms in my house x.x Can't wait for rain to go away so I can train outside D:

Yeah, bo training indoors is not the easiest, hopefully you can go outside soon!

Just use a Jo staff instead oe improvise using a mop handle or a broom. Since youre teaining at home these ate logical choices
