Thanks for posting a shorter workout! I used to take 45-60 min classes at the gym, but life has changed so shorter workouts are what I need! I also think it is helpful for those just getting into fitness to start out with shorter workouts because the longer ones can be too intimidating.

Wow! I used this 15 minutes to wake me up this morning as I wasn't feeling all that great. But I set my mind to not cave into negativity and killed your workout. OMG, this made me sweat and I feel so much better. It's as if I flushed out the toxins. I truly believe that exercise, music and comedy are the best medicines in life as well as a healthy diet. Thank you Sydney for all your hard work and motivation. You have honestly gotten me through some real rough patches. I may workout alone in my apartment but I'm super grateful for your fun, challenging and motivational posts. The music in the background plus your awesome energy really makes a positive difference. I love this workout for when I'm in the "some is better than none mentality" which I have been this week. I can get in and get it done before my kids are up without having to get up super early. It gets my blood pumping and heart rate up and is a great start to the day :)

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase.
