This workout is phenomenal!!! Love that all the major muscle groups are worked and all this 🔥 in 15 minutes!!! This combined with the 30 minute Power Rhythm ride, awesome! 💥💥💥💥💥‼️

Hi ,I love your workouts, Especially strength training,I don't spin,You are easy to follow,Very clear,Your music isn't overbearing.I sometimes have to modify because of a toe problem and shoulder impingement.I just found your site,Thank you!!
