Excellent butt workout! My favorite is the lay on your belly with the band and lift your legs and pulse to the sides! I REALKY felt the upper flutes!!! Thank you Sydney!!!!

Great workout! I am doing pelvic floor physical therapy after having my 3rd baby and so many of these exercises my physical therapist is having me do! I'll be coming back to this one often!

LOVED this workout!! My favorite was the laying-on-your-belly-hamstring-curls. I did a lot of this workout with a heavy band which I was really proud of. Another killer workout Sydney!!! 🔥🔥🔥

I appreciate Sydneys' workouts because they're progressive as she's always encouraging us to lift heavier. "If you think you can you should", she always says. So start with whatever weight you're at now for any workout.

@@valeriebell7420 oh definitely I agree!! I just meant a workout one day that’s strictly just lean conditioning with glute bands and light weights. Those kind of workouts really define the body!! I would love to see a few of them in the library that I could just do once a week or here and there.
