I was up for the sun salutation morning class with Bre, when I saw this new video. What a wonderful way to wake the body by stretching. It passed so quickly, I would have taken 15 more minutes. In puppy pose, I don’t feel the stretch in the front that much even if my forehead touches the ground. I have to look at you more to see how you are placed. Thank you and see you on the mat after work. 🙏🏼❤️💫

You can try putting your elbows on blocks if you don't feel the desired effect.

I have loved doing your yoga video for the past year! I feel stronger and way steadier than when I've done other types of workouts (like HIIT and/or weight lifting). But recently, my middle finger feels like it's been over stretched or I've been doing something wrong in various poses. The base of that finger is tender and doing weight-bearing movements or lifts of any sort hurts. I know you can't diagnose or treat, but are you able to tell based on the symptoms if I've been doing something wrong in the poses? Is my weight distribution incorrect which has led to this issue?
