Welcome to this silent Breathe and Flow yoga class for full body flexibility. The ideal stretching routine for flexibility, mobility & relaxation on your days off or after your workout. Bre from Breathe and Flow is demonstrating the poses for you in silence. This class is a bit different than others as there are no instructions but music and a timer. If you are unfamiliar with the poses we suggest you do our EMBARK 7 day beginner yoga program instead (or in addition).
This practice is great in the morning, in the middle of your work day or before/after a workout. It does not matter how the poses look in your body or deep you can go. Focus on the breath and enjoy the sensations the poses create in your body. Stay away from any sharp pain and if in doubt back off a bit.

Breathe and Flow is a yoga and lifestyle channel owned by Bre and Flo Niedhammer. This was a nice "change of pace." I did a 10 minute meditation and dropped into the practice. The silence + audio cues allowed me to keep my eyes closed and focus on the breath. (I've done Embark, Ignite, Expand, and half of Yoga for Men.)

Thank you Bre! This was an awesome one! Great start for my day! It was funny at the end there was no ding ding ding sound so I was still sitting in the twist and I look at the screen and Bre you were waving bye. And I was like, “Oh snap! It’s done! Bye Bre!” Hahaha!

This silent class is amazing! I can focus on my breathing and how deep I’m stretching till I hear the clacking cue. Though I miss your instructions in some parts🤣

I would love a similar short sequence for a pre Run session to wake up your legs, core shoulders etc!

Always eternally grateful for your classes. Runner warm up in the sense, Would love it if there were also a bit more hip openers, glute bridges, boat/low boat, ankles and calves Toss in some tennis ball rolling etc. Generally get all the right muscles fired up!

This is great! Please keep these up. It is so refreshing to find a good silent class that is actually silent. Many start with a human talking for minutes.

My favorite class. I do it almost every day. So easy and fast. Makes me feel great for the rest of the day. I'm also more likely to do a longer yoga class later on b/c my body is more open and I have more energy. Thanks!

I like the videos with voice more. Because I can concentrate on the movement and follows only the instructions. This silence Videos are good 🧘 but I need to watch on the screen to follows the movement. What ist with an third option?😀 Music as background and voice for the movement ? 😃😃😃 Anyway again a good class 🧘🧘🧘

I absolutely adore this class! Thank you! I ran some hill sprints and did Flo's 15 upper body true strength video right before this. It was a wonderful combination. Thank you so much for the wonderful silence and change to focus on breath!

I did this as a cool down after a workout and loved it! For stretching I really like these silent classes, because I feel like I can go deeper and relax more. But definetly love all your yoga classes with your inspiring, motivating and kind words.

I love this gentle wake up... I go on the mat and body says " I want sleep, leave me alone" then you starts some moves and it flows... and at the end body ask for more :-) I love your classes :-)

Please make more of these Silent Videos! I loved it! I prefer this than your talking ones as I felt like I was able to really disconnect & relax w/just silence & music...this is exactly what I have been looking for! I just wish it was longer & the music was more of yoga music.

I’m commenting here because its the freshest video. You guys changed my morning routine completely. I’ve been into meditation for some time, but training was entirely different thing for me. 6 months ago I underwent a spine surgery so after going through rehab I had to find something more gentle for my back, but still challenging enough to feel tired and deeply stretched. Now I do 1 yoga flow, 1 pulse training followed by some meditation afterwards. Didnt feel that well in a while! Keep up the great work guys. Cheers from Poland!

Good day, I adored this new take on Yoga for me. I have done quite similar though you always advance and bring a new light to it. Loved it and would like to see more. I know it helped my friend who is fast asleep in the studio flat we share and me who calmly followed and awaoke to some nice morning sounds. I love this class and it's easy to follow along too.❤ Naming the upcoming posture (aloud) additionally could also be a great class, since you could practice silently with your eyes closed, not having to look at the screen! I loved this silent yoga the music put me in such a meditative space as I moved my body! I think doing more silent yin or easier yoga classes would be great! When its vinyasa I do like to hear you both speak and guide.
