I started out with a yoga app that would give classes anywhere from 3 to 15 mins. They weren't even nearly as strong as B&F classes, but I was already exhausted... Now I can even do a 1h B&F class 💪🏻 Most of the time, however, I don't find time for it or am too lazy/exhausted for that, and that's where these 15min classes come in 😊

Students watching this content- start your downward dog from plank. Soften your knees and lift your hips, continuing to press down into the mat with the balls of your feet (heels are lifted in downward dog) You should be able to go from plank to downward dog without moving your hands and feet. Sincerely, a yoga teacher for 15 something years. Also- don’t do reps with the jerking motions this guy does. Move into the pose slowly and hold it. When you want to come out, do one more breath. This teacher is amateur. Just cause he has tattoos doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing and/or talking about. Good luck with “high vibes” (whatever that means)

After this sequence, I feel like my body went through a nice warm iron box similar to ironing your fave shirt off all the wrinkles :)! you guys rock. loved this flow but I was cursing you during the dolphin Chaturanga downdog waves - still grateful for them, I've been working on my shoulder strength and mobility for pole dance and that is such a great exercise for that!
