Hey Brotha I have been stoked to find your channel. I started doing yoga with you at home a year ago. My friend told me watching videos at home is not the way because you can just quit at anytime. I made it my goal to finish every video I started. It has not been easy for me with so many injuries from a lot of sports. My surfing has changed. I wish I had started yoga earlier in my life. Thanks for showing me what’s possible. My wife Tina and my sons Dylan and Koa join me to join you at least a few times a week. I just wanted you to know that you and your wife have changed our lives.

Heaven yeah. The yoga is great and simple to follow and enough to trigger a lil sweat. The real juice is in the consistency in what is posted on this channel. Brother I see you and thank you for the light you spread. Especially with the meditations. please keep adding those into your videos and sprinkling the little dharma drops throughout..

Is that said in the video instructions or description to "take breaks"? Are modifications for challenging poses suggested? All that should be clear. To "push past comfort zones a little" is a given for many, but usually suggested by the teacher when appropriate.

Enjoyed the class, but I think saying “all levels” is a stretch. No pun intended. This was extremely challenging for me and I am more than comfortable with difficult exercise.

@@natehartley9982think you missed his point entirely. He wasn’t looking for “comfortable”….but merely challenging the yoga instructors assertion that this practice is for all levels. It is not. This is a more advanced practice with some moves that can harm beginners who don’t know what they are doing, or their own limits within yoga. Yes, in some cases, pushing our comfort zone is great…and in other cases knowing when it’s beyond that is important too. It is a bit of a disappointing false claim that this is for “all levels”.

@@ledogwaterjames4863 your reply is a primary example of egoic superiority posturing…maybe the yoga sequence was easy, but your battle with your ego is where you are definitely struggling. Also, I’ve been an athlete my whole life. Races, swimmer, running, and on and on…this is definitely not an “all levels” thing. That is the point. The claim that “all levels” can do it, is untrue. I’ve worked with many levels of athletes…and there are top athletes who might not be able to do this, because of the particular flexibility and mobility needed, that their sport doesn’t call for as much as this sequence. Also, beginners (who are included in all levels) definitely cannot do this. Open your rigid dualistic, self focused mindset…it’ll behoove you more than being able to do the yoga
