For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you’re are pregnant be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

Absolutely I was very active before pregnancy 40-50 minutes of workouts every day so now I’m keeping it to 30 minutes low impact and now that it’s getting harder being in last trimester I’m just doing 15-20 minutes some days still manage to do 30 minutes thank God! Feels great good for baby helps you not to gain weight it’s awesome guys so it

Keep it going Huda! You can do it! Also consider reducing your carbs and fat consumption and try to eat more lean meat with salad and other vegis. Dont forget your 4-5 litre of water. Slow and steady wins the race. Lots of love! 😊 💕

Really like the emphasis on being healthy and releasing stress in these videos. I feel much more motivated by loving myself and my body and choosing to exercise to look after my body which does so much to look after to me. I get sad and down when exercise videos just talk about weight loss and getting skinny etc

anna is so cheerful and happy i love her as a trainer. this workout is lower impact than i normally do but it's nice for when I don't feel like doing a crazy dance workout or am sore.

I used to be so active then i just became lazy but lately I decided its time to get back on track with exercise and healthy lifestyle and OMG it was only 15 mins but it killed me after not doing any exercises for past year . I have done most of the popsugar workout..actually im kinda big fan or their work🥰🥰🥰🥰..but what i wanted to tell u is that i have always thought that popsugar STRONG by zumba 20 min workout was this hardest until i did this 15 min no equipment cardio🥵🥵🥵this is killing me ..my breath was like the last breath of my life. Seriously 😳😳😳 and ANNA i love you ❤❤ keep going...

Thank you for making low impact cardio workouts videos! This worked well for me. It definitely got the heart rate up for me. I have herniated discs in my lower back, it got bad on me where I cannot run & jump. Some of my toes goes numb! Hopefully be able to soon! I could get away with baby hops time to time. If there is an exercise where I don't think it's good for my lower back like bending over & touching the ground, going back & forth, I would think of a different exercise for that time! AND I'm definitely interested in investing some wrist weights some time this month for low impact cardio! I have nerve pain in some of fingers from a pinched nerve in my neck, gripping a dumbbell is a bit painful for a long time. I have to find ways to challenge myself & keep this body tone!! (:

I have yes! I like to do three-five different 15 minute exercises + a 5 minute exercise (having 20 minutes per day altogether) every week and then switching up those three-five exercises every three weeks to a new set of videos (and then after a bit going back and starting all over again). I hope that makes sense!But then after a while I just want new 15 minute workouts. That's why I love those ones!What I love about your videos though is that if you want to go harder you show that or if you are getting tired, you can just go to the modified parts (which you show) and then work your way up to the more advanced moves.Thanks for replying though Anna!
