Thank you for this! I messed up my ankle and can’t do traditional standing stretches, so this was the perfect routine for me to do to stay flexible without worsening my injury.

Loved the workout, but I have a suggestion, check the sound before you upload the video. We could hardly hear you talking, as the music was so loud. 👍

I really liked this video, but one comment. The music is too loud. I could hardly hear her talking. Might I suggest in editing more voice, less music. 😊

Love this work out but the music was too loud and couldn't hear a lot of what you said. Also didn't like the all white background. Hurt my old sensitive eyes.
