The following practice is a 15 minute guided meditation focused on reconnecting with our wisest self: a place within that is compassionate, understanding, gentle, kind, and wise. Throughout the practice, you will be guided through breath/bodily awareness and an exploration of and connection with your wisest self.

I liked the meditation. I have to ask. Why do i need to tell my Wise Self what i need? Being the wisest version of myself i would think it would be aware better than I am.

Thank you for this. I loved the background sounds, your voice and your guidance. This is one of the best meditations I have listened to recently that compliments my DBT class and what I am learning there.
