This video is a '15 -Minute Yoga Flow for Improving Core Strength'", we have combined many powerful asanas which will help reduce belly fat and also strengthen your core muscles.

There are many asanas that can help to build core strengths for example :
- Navasana is very good for toning and strengthening your abdominal muscles.
- Tolasana also is an asana that creates fire in the body, highly focused on all areas of the abdominal muscles, including the obliques, which line the sides of the waist. Activating the abdominal muscles in such a deep way creates an internal stimulation for digestion.
***Before the practice please make sure that you don't have recent abdominal surgery and any abdomen discomfort.

this is amazing!! I don’t remember the last time I did a core workout video and left without lower back tension. your guided breathing really helped me to relax during this session! some of these asanas were really challenging for me so im excited to work up to good core strength again!

Can you please tell me if in urdhva prakasna we need to exhale during leg raising up and inhale while resting down the leg . In this video it's showing opposite.
