Hello everyone!
Today, we are going to do an upper body workout. We'll work the back, chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps. This home workout includes no jumping and we'll be standing the whole time! You won't need anything or you can use small weights. I'm using 1.5kg dumbbells here. I hope you enjoy this workout!
