Have been doing your pilates workouts recently and I have no words how much I enjoy them! They are simple, beginner friendly and super effective- I feel every muscle tensed during the video. Usually I am not really keen on doing workouts but your videos make me really enjoy it, thank you so much

So this is day 1 of me trying these. I plan on doing 2 workouts on monday and thursday, and 1 on tuesday, wednesday and friday. Today is monday, july 3rd and I did the "10min arm pilate workout" before this one. I hope i'll stick to my routine! My goal is to lose a few pounds, but mostly to be more toned and slim❤️ i'll try to update every week to let u know if i sticked to my plan or if i chickened out lmao

Day 1: ✅ It was pretty easy except the last two exercises :) Day 2: ✅ The last two exercises were a liitle bit easier today! Day 3: ✅ The last two exercises become easier and easier every day! Day 4: ✅ I can't believe how easy were the last two execises today! Day 5: ✅ The last two exercises were very easy today! Day 6: ✅ Such an enjoyable workout Day 7: ✅ Very easy. Day 8: ✅ Such an easy workout. Day 9: ✅ Very easy. Day 10: ✅ So easy. Day 11: ✅ Such an easy workout. Day 12: ✅ Very easy.

@@katxlla9446 she doesnt explain what shes doing so you have to strain your neck to see screen and 0 transition time, she transitions in the middle of the timer for the last workout multiple times

@@danielleball3072 try and use a tv or put the screen you’re using at a different angle so you’re not straining your neck as much. and pilates will make your neck sore no matter who you’re following 😊

day 1 of doing this : so much burn those last two were definitely the hardest i barely made it thro but i really liked it i hope it will give me great results im also doing the 10 min ab one and it was also great

Всем привет!Сегодня 9 марта,с завтрашнего дня и на протяжении 7 дней я хочу начать делать эту тренировку,а сюда буду записывать результаты) Рост-165 Вес-53.5 10 марта-вес:52.9 Тренировка была не простой,я даже немного вспотела 11 марта-вес:52.6 С утра болели ноги,тренировка прошла легче 12 марта-вес:52.4 Вчерашний день и сегодняшнее утро болели ноги,тренировка прошла отлично) 13 марта-вес:52.1 Ноги совсем не болели,но во время тренировки горели 14 марта-вес:51.7 Тренировка прошла так же как и вчера,ничего до и после не болело 15 марта-вес:51.5 Всё хорошо 16 марта-вес:51.5 Ура,последний день тренеровки! Всё прошло отлично,в процессе моих тренеровок были небольшие изменения,но они всё таки есть как я думаю) Вес:53.5-51.5 -2 кг Сегодня 20.03.2023,после этой тренировки ничего больше не делала,я очень опечалена тем,что ноги всётаки накачались,сначала заметила сама,а потом услышала и от других,так что если хотите именно похудеть,а не накачать,то не рекомендую

@@Arina15518 нужно чередовать, например сегодня - ноги, завтра -руки,- послезавтра пресс,мне кажется ноги где-то 2 или максимум 3 раза надо в неделю,я не профессионал в этом поэтому точно не знаю

I recommand you to read Brain over binge, it is literally what helped me get out of it! I insist you to read it, i dont know what i would’ve done without that book

@@Gracka12 for me it worked really nice! I felt better and stronger. Unfortunately I cannot say if I lost weight because I don't weight myself anymore. But I notice a really nice difference in my body with hers abs workout. I also do Pilates 1x a week besides KZbin I started it because of Lidia! and I also walk 30 minutes every day! But every body is different so don't pressure yourself I'm sure you're going to find the right workout for you

Yes i agree also a tip to have the ads only at the beginning because if im in the middle of doing an exercise it sucks to have to stop to press skip ad then go back, also a bit more time to get into the next position would be great!

This is a great routine for getting exercise into your daily life, however no exercise (including this one) will ever spot reduce fat. Please do not advertise it as so since it can be misdirecting for beginners! Thanks and have a great day!

Hi, I had the same problem up until I started downloading the video before workout and putting my phone on airplane mode. No ads then! Hope that helps!
