Great workout! I did this from home so I subbed in a rower for the assault bike and changed the third set to kB swings and skipping then 4 th set subbed in loaded beast up downs and kB cleans- totally puffed me out❤️

I love doing my 5 minute HIIT workout every day, cuz even just in 5 minutes I end up being sore for the next day or two. I can't do the same level of intensity, but I'm slowly building up. Great info Dana. You're such an inspiration. Keep it going girl. I love you 💖💖💖💖

I would love to try this but it honestly scares me. I have developed exercise induced asthma since I miscarried a month ago; I'm really unaccustomed to dealing with asthma, so the shock of it scares the hell out of me each time. Prior to pregnancy, I had been training for my first marathon, so this is a real adjustment for me, since a light jog will bring it on.
