Love the 18 min full body stretch; saved as a favorite and I enjoy it several times a week! Mik has a non-annoying type of guidance in her videos that is not distracting and just enough :-) talented woman!!

Super nice stretch!! My favorite was the hip stretches that I really needed today!!!
