1970's Tonka Dump Truck Restoration - Custom Color

I promised my 4 year old nephew that I would restore this little dump truck and paint it his favorite color. It was a satisfying and fast restoration. Hope you enjoy it!

@@CoolRestorations hey buddy do me a favor give me an idea about what it would cost to restore a truck for me and I'll send you one to restore for me I really do enjoy the work you do I'd love to have you do one of my trucks I'll probably have you do a dump truck like a Tonka Dodge or something got a tilt body couple of levers and I've got the tailgate came from a different truck but it's the same if that makes any sense I got it from a buddy of mine that had an identical truck that he was using. If you can give me an idea about what you would charge and I'll see about arranging something for you thank you. I have a new windshield for it and some new white walls and hubcaps

Nice restoration, but your videos are too short. Let’s see more of your body work... paint removal, etc. Also, from the looks of the finished product, some body filler and/or priming and wet sanding would make this toy nearly perfect. You are skilled, just need to up your game a little and your subscriptions will soar! My comments are meant to be constructive, not detrimental. Hope you are having a wonderful vacation!

@@Primus54 Its takes me about 2 weeks to do one restoration and a finished video. This time I did 3 short videos in about 1-2 weeks because I'm using a friends camera. And I upload on vacation because I dont have Wifi at home, and I dont have my own laptop or a garage to work in. So theres alot of room for improvment 😀👍🏻
