spray the contact connections in the socket with deoxit, they are likely filthy and it's making a bad connection.

Yeah it was. That guy has been dead for over 10 years though so I can't ask him if he installed it or not unfortunately.

Yeah i agree. But this only had basic tools so its not like it outcleaned the shark anyway. This guy actually had a Kirby Legend 2 and a Dirt Devil handvac too which I have.
